Following FCC chairman’s show of opposition to AT&T’s proposed buy of T-Mobile, AT&T says it will take fourth-quarter charge to cover possible breakup fee, and withdraws pending approval application to agency. Company says, though, that it and T-Mobile parent Deutsche Telecom will continue to push for approval.
